Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Phantom Vault application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Phantom Vault provides secure storage for photos, videos, and other digital content. The App allows users to upload, organize, and access their personal media files in a private, encrypted environment.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to disable any user account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require a subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided in accordance with the platform's (Apple App Store/Google Play) policies
• Prices may change with notice before billing

User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Impersonate another user or entity
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated methods to access or use the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, graphics, design, and other intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted in the App, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
